What is Parenting Coordination?

Parenting coordination is a process where a neutral third party, appointed by the court or by mutual agreement, helps parents resolve disputes and implement their parenting plan. It's particularly useful in high-conflict situations where parents struggle to communicate effectively, comply with parenting orders, or make joint decisions. The coordinator acts as a facilitator, mediator, and sometimes even a decision-maker to ensure the best interests of the child are prioritized.
